CAMLS Wins National Digital Marketing Award


Tampa, FL – September 29, 2015 -­‐ Tampa-based, digital marketing agency Bayshore Solutions was awarded the top national OMMA award in New York Monday night for its design and re-launch of the CAMLS website

The 2015 Media Post Online Marketing Media and Advertising Award for Website Excellence in the Education Category recognizes “top web publishers and developers whose websites show outstanding content, strong visual design and user interface that creates value for the user.”

The University of South Florida Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation (CAMLS) partnered with Bayshore Solutions to design a world-class, interactive, website to showcase the Center’s best-in-class, state-of-the-art, training and research capabilities to its domestic and international clients.

“We are pleased with the early results and new business leads the CAMLS website and digital campaign have delivered,” said Debbie Sutherland, PhD, leader of the CAMLS engagement team. “This national recognition is another validation that our joint investment with Visit Florida, Bayshore Solutions and our USF Creative team is expanding brand engagement, and driving business and new dollars to the Tampa Bay market.”

Launched on April 2, 2015 as a cornerstone piece in the CAMLS Digital Marketing Campaign Grant awarded by Visit Florida. Three months after launch, more than 20,000 new visitors came to the site from 133 countries and record mobile users.
