Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with my meeting space at CAMLS?
CAMLS meeting rooms and classrooms include tables, chairs, whiteboards (select rooms) and a basic AV package. Many rooms allow for a wide range of setup configurations. Floor plans featuring the dimensions of each room, the various ways the rooms can be configured, and the capacity of each room can be found by visiting the floor plans section on the CAMLS website.
What AV is included with my meeting space at CAMLS?
CAMLS provides a basic AV package with the use of each meeting space and classroom. This includes podium with microphone, ceiling mounted LCD projector and screen, PC, and an HD ELMO projector. Is catering permitted to be served in my meeting space at CAMLS?
CAMLS provides full catering services. Catering can be set up in the meeting space or directly outside the main entrance to each room. Visit the Catering Services FAQ section for more details.
