CAMLS Operations Support Specialist
Position Summary
The Operations Support Specialist plays a key part in coordinating onsite client equipment resources; logistics; and participating in shipping and receiving operations to ensure that each client’s engagement runs smoothly from setup through completion.
Serving as a visible and dependable operational presence, this mid-level support position partners closely with meeting & event Coordinators, simulation staff, vendors, and service partners to resolve logistical challenges before they reach the client. Whether coordinating space setup, managing shipments, or maintaining facility standards, the Operations Support Specialist keeps the operational environment running smoothly to support efficient and professional client experience.
This position is located in downtown Tampa at the USF Health CAMLS facility.

CAMLS Assistant Director, Clinical Simulation
Position Summary
The Assistant Program Director, Clinical Simulation manages staff, resources and administrative processes to ensure that the goals and objectives of the program are accomplished. This position is responsible for the daily administrative and operational duties relating to the simulation and bioskills labs, and provides management and oversight to ensure effective execution and compliance for department staffing, budgeting, and programming.

CAMLS Simulation Operations Specialist 1
Position Summary
The Simulation Operations Specialist will execute simulated education programs, provide technical and/or clinical support for all experiential learning operations, including but not limited to: preparation set up and breakdown, maintenance, inventory and repair of computerized manikins (software and hardware), surgical simulators, task trainers, surgical equipment and instruments, and related multimedia peripherals. This position designs, analyzes, and maintains the mechanical systems and equipment of the simulation environment. This position is responsible for the safety and compliance of simulation activity.
This position is located in downtown Tampa at the USF Health CAMLS facility.

Position Summary
The Simulation Operations Specialist II executes simulated education programs and provides technical and/or clinical support for all experiential learning operations, including but not limited to preparation set up and breakdown, maintenance, inventory, and repair of computerized manikins (software and hardware), surgical simulators, task trainers, surgical equipment and instruments, and related multimedia peripherals. Responsible for the safety and compliance of simulation activity. This position is distinguished from the Simulation Operations Specialist I position by higher level responsibilities and lead duties.
This position is located in downtown Tampa at the USF Health CAMLS facility.
