Maintenance Connection
On 7/15/2026, SSC launched Maintenance Connection, our new work order management system, which replaces FAMIS across all USF campuses.
As we prepare for this transition, we want to share a few important next steps to help ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Activate Your Maintenance Connection Account
Before attending training, please activate your Maintenance Connection account through the Single Sign-On (SSO) system by following the instructions below:
- Navigate in your browser (Chrome/Edge only) to: https://www.maintenanceconnection.com/cav3/login
- At the Maintenance Connection login screen, enter your USF Email Address in the ‘Email or Member ID’ field, then click ‘Next’:
- The Single Sign-On (SSO) system should redirect you to a USF login page, where you will continue signing in using your standard USF credentials (password + multi-factor authentication).
Note: If your USF sign-in is already saved on your browser, the system may bypass the USF sign-in process and sign you in automatically. This is fine and the result should be the same as Step 4, below.
- If the SSO process completed correctly, you should finally land on a page titled Service Requester, pictured below:
Note: The Service Requester page is currently a placeholder and work-in-progress format.
- At this point your account has been successfully created, and you may close the Maintenance Connection web page.
